Timing & Processing

How long will it take to get my order?

Total time is typically 4-8 business days:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days to make your item
  • Shipping: 3-5 business days with standard shipping, or 1-3 business days with priority shipping

Why does it take 1-3 days to process my order?

Each item is made specially for you after you order. We print, cut, and sew your dance wear with care, which takes time to ensure quality.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes! Choose priority shipping at checkout to receive your order in 1-3 business days after processing. Total time with priority shipping: 2-6 business days.

When does my order start processing?

Processing begins as soon as we receive your order. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will start processing the next business day.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

How does your size exchange work?

We offer free size exchanges. If your item doesn't fit perfectly, we'll send you a new size at no extra cost. Just contact our support team, and we'll help you start the exchange process.

  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low
  • Don't use bleach
  • Iron inside out on low heat if needed

Our high-quality printing process ensures that designs stay vibrant through multiple washes. To maintain print quality, follow the care instructions included with your order.

How do I know which size to order?

Check our size guide for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size. Remember, we offer free size exchanges if needed.
