30-Day Return Policy
- Return any item within 30 days of delivery
- No questions asked
- Full refund to your original payment method
Free Size Exchanges
- Need a different size? We'll exchange it for free
- No extra shipping costs
- New size shipped after we receive your return
How to Return Items
- Email support@lavadance.com with your order number
- We'll send you a return shipping label
- Pack your items in their original condition
- Ship them back using our label
- We'll process your refund once we receive the return
Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn
- Original tags attached
- No signs of wear, washing, or alterations
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
- Returned in original packaging if possible
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
- You'll get an email when we process your refund
- Money typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at support@lavadance.com
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement at no cost
- No need to return the damaged item
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged through wear or washing
- Items returned after 30 days
International Returns
- Same 30-day policy applies
- Customer pays return shipping
