30-Day Return Policy

  • Return any item within 30 days of delivery
  • No questions asked
  • Full refund to your original payment method

Free Size Exchanges

  • Need a different size? We'll exchange it for free
  • No extra shipping costs
  • New size shipped after we receive your return

How to Return Items

  1. Email support@lavadance.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label
  3. Pack your items in their original condition
  4. Ship them back using our label
  5. We'll process your refund once we receive the return

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn
  • Original tags attached
  • No signs of wear, washing, or alterations
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
  • Returned in original packaging if possible

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
  • You'll get an email when we process your refund
  • Money typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@lavadance.com
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll send a replacement at no cost
  • No need to return the damaged item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged through wear or washing
  • Items returned after 30 days

International Returns

  • Same 30-day policy applies
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Contact support@lavadance.com for international return instructions
